Top 3 Courses for Online Boxing Lessons

So I’ve had a few people email me recently to ask me whether I provided online boxing lessons myself. Unfortunately I don’t, but if you want to learn how to box, the best way is just to pop into your local boxing gym and begin hitting the bags.

Another way to learn is to observe other boxers and listen to tips from boxing trainers. I’ve created this article to show you 3 of the best online boxing courses that I’ve come across. I know there’s 4 there, which is more diet related, but I thought it would be helpful to include that in also.

Advanced Boxing Workshop

Moving on to something a bit more advanced, this course is ideal for you if you already have a good grasp of boxing basics such as stance, balance, variety of punches and so forth. What this course teaches you is how to effectively enhance the techniques that you already know.

Through footage of a pre-recorded live boxing workshop, you will see various techniques, boxing drills and exercises that students underwent. You’ll see with your own eyes exactly how they all managed to improve their balance, footwork and punching power by going through this training regime.

Dancer’s Footwork For Fighters

This course really caught my attention simply because of its unique method of training. You will learn how to develop your footwork from USA Tango Champion, Brian Nguyen. Essentially, he shows you how to become super agile, have excellent food speed and how to build strong legs and core.

There are over 100 special footwork drills for you to follow, split up over a 10 day period, with gradual increase in difficulty each passing day. Once again, you don’t have to complete it in 10 days, that’s just the way the course is structured.

But what you do have to do is be prepared, because let me tell you that it’s not easy. I’ve had a peek at some of the drills and it’s very hard…but it’s well worth it because it will provide you with natural foot movement around the boxing ring which is essential to becoming a great fighter.
